HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST ?

We offer a number of delivery options, depending on destination.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY TO THE UK IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER £75, but you can upgrade and have your item delivered at a time that suits you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?

Items that are in stock are processed for dispatch immediately. Our website shows the availability of all sunglasses. We endeavour to maintain the accuracy of the stock status, however very occasionally inaccuracies may occur due to a delay in real time updating. We will notify you immediately, should the item status be found to be different. You will then have the opportunity to change, cancel or wait for your item to come back in to stock.

Expected delivery dates for those items that are out of stock will be confirmed by e-mail.

A confirmation e-mail is sent out to you on the day your package is dispatched in all cases. This message will contain your tracking number allowing you to track your order on-line.

As soon as items are in stock they are delivered according to the delivery option you have selected.
  • Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day and hence will take an extra day to be delivered.
  • Delivery dates quoted above exclude Bank & Public Holidays
  • Same day courier service: delivery time subject to individual order and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

WHAT IF MY ORDER CONTAINS ITEMS THAT ARE BOTH IN & OUT OF STOCK ?

If you order multiple items, some of which are out of stock, they can be delivered either individually as they become available, or you can wait and have them sent all in one package. There are no extra charges for individual dispatch, providing that the item being sent in any one package is over £75. The normal charges apply for items below this value.

WHAT IF I'M NOT IN WHEN YOU DELIVER ?

To ensure that your goods reach you safely we send all packages via Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This requires a signature on receipt. You can choose to have the items delivered to a work address or a neighbour if you prefer. If there is no one to sign for the package, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail depot for you to collect at your convenience.

WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE ?

Please contact our customer services and we will track it for you. Alternatively you can track it yourself online using the tracking number sent to you in the despatch confirmation e-mail. Please note that Royal Mail may take a few days to locate the items.

Those customers who have paid extra for timed delivery will have their postage charges refunded in full if the package is not delivered in the time stated in the table above.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED ?

We take every care to package your goods securely to minimise the risk of damage in transit. In addition we inspect all items before despatch. It is therefore very rare for goods to be received in poor condition.

Please call is immediately if you any of your items are received damaged. We will send you a pre-paid postage label and box to return the goods to us for inspection. Goods must be returned with all the original outer and inner packaging, in the condition that you received it, in order for us to be able to determine the cause of the damage.

As soon as the goods have been inspected, we will contact you. A replacement will be sent out where goods were have been damaged through transit, or where a missed manufacturing defect is found.
